Senior Mission Formulation Lead - RF/Comms

📋 Description

• Lead execution of mission formulation contracts and drive cross-functional teams in RF and Comms
• Steer strategic capture campaigns for high-value government and commercial missions
• Oversee multi-stage programs from engagement to design concepts and mission delivery
• Drive early-stage R&D activities and proposals as Principal Investigator
• Develop technical proposals, white papers, and concept studies to differentiate Muon’s offerings
• Perform feasibility studies, literature reviews, and trade studies for early-stage concepts

🎯 Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, Remote Sensing, CS or related field
• 5+ years in RF remote sensing or communications missions in leadership roles
• Strong ability to decompose objectives into technical concepts
• Background in RF (passive/active) or similar payloads for remote sensing/communications
• Experience across government and commercial RF/Comms missions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex concepts
