📋 Description

• Own ML initiatives end-to-end from exploration to deployment.
• Design agentic LLM systems with tool use, retrieval, and orchestration.
• Develop evaluation strategies and regression testing.
• Improve models via prompting, retrieval optimization, distillation, or fine-tuning.
• Work across data prep, model adaptation, serving, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams.

• Hands-on work deploying LLM-based systems: prompting, retrieval, tool use, agent workflows.
• Strong evaluation expertise with datasets, frameworks, and robust testing.
• Solid ML foundations to choose techniques based on trade-offs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into production solutions.
• Strong software engineering: production-grade code, distributed systems, debugging ML pipelines.
