Senior ML Engineer (ML/AI)

📋 Description

• Design, train, and evaluate DL/ML/GenAI models (LLMs, diffusion).
• Build and maintain ML pipelines for continuous training and real-time/batch inference using MLOps.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend teams to integrate AI models into microservices with low latency.
• Architect scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, vectorizing, and ingestion of large datasets.
• Implement evaluation for alignment, bias, guardrails, and latency/cost optimization.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor engineers on ML best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years deploying ML/AI in production
• Proficient in Python
• Experience building RAG solutions
• Experience with vector databases
• Passion for ML/AI products
• Strong communication and organizational skills
