Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

📋 Description

• Own and develop the mobile experience for a mission-critical digital retail platform.
• Build and maintain Flutter modules using Add-to-App architecture for Dart/native communication.
• Develop native integrations with payment terminals, printers, barcode scanners, and retail hardware.
• Integrate mobile with Java-based backend microservices via REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Backend teams to deliver features across POS, billing, inventory
• Create polished, pixel-accurate mobile interfaces from Figma designed for busy retail environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional mobile development; at least 3 years with Flutter
• Strong Flutter and Dart expertise; experience with Add-to-App
• Native mobile experience (Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS)
• Experience integrating with external hardware and native SDKs (terminals, printers, scanners)
• Strong understanding of REST, local databases (SQLite), and offline-first architectures
• Experience with Flutter integration tests and hardware-dependent flows
