Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

📋 Description

• Own and develop the mobile experience for a mission-critical digital retail platform.
• Build Flutter modules with Add-to-App architecture for Dart-native communication.
• Develop native integrations with payment terminals, printers, barcode scanners, and retail hardware.
• Integrate mobile with Java-based backend microservices via REST APIs.
• Deliver features across POS, billing, inventory, banking, B2B, and AI-powered assistance.
• Create pixel-accurate UI from Figma, optimized for busy retail environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years mobile development with at least 3 years deep Flutter experience.
• Strong Flutter and Dart mastery, with Add-to-App expertise.
• Professional native mobile experience (Kotlin/Android or Swift/iOS).
• Experience integrating with external hardware and native SDKs (payment terminals, printers
• Strong understanding of mobile state management, REST APIs, and SQLite.
• Experience building offline-first apps with intermittent connectivity.
