🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading a software team, incl. performance reviews and mentorship.
Experience recruiting: interviewing, reference checks, hiring decisions.
5+ years as a full-time software engineer.
Experience balancing multiple priorities and context switching.
Very strong communication skills, written and verbal.
