Prioritize with data using analytics, experiments, and feedback.
Champion the user by reducing friction and improving UX for members and hosts.
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retros.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Product Owner/PM roles, mobile/marketplace/B2C.
Mobile product experience: apps and mobile user behavior.
Agile & delivery: strong Scrum with backlog management.
Metrics orientation: KPIs, dashboards, experiments.
Analytical mindset: translate data into product decisions.
Tools familiarity: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, GA4.
