Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize mobility processes
Lead immigration case work and ensure SLA-aligned client communications
Mentor Mobility Specialists and support training rollouts
Drive internal documentation for new service offerings

🎯 Requirements

An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments is a plus
Fluent English; other languages a plus
