🎯 Requirements

• An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany.
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment; experience in tech or hyper-growth
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus; remote work experience is beneficial.
• Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
