• Senior Mobility Specialist within Onboarding and Mobility team.
• Lead global immigration compliance, relocation support, and cross-border processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage relocation logistics for smooth employee transitions.
• Oversee immigration dashboards, SLAs, and client/colleague communications.
• Mentor Mobility Specialists and contribute to training materials and process changes.
• Drive revenue generation and efficiency through in-house immigration services.

🎯 Requirements

• An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany.
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in tech/hyper-growth environments is ideal.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus; remote work experience is a plus.
