📋 Description

• Senior Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team, focusing on global immigration
• Lead and guide mobility projects, manage senior-level escalations, and ensure SLAs are met through
• Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency and client satisfaction while
• Monitor immigration law changes and maintain internal documentation for ongoing compliance.
• Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses on complex client cases.

🎯 Requirements

• An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles
• Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the tech industry or hyper-growth environments is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
