Senior Mobility Specialist - Immigration Lawyer

📋 Description

• Senior Mobility Specialist within our Onboarding and Mobility team. Role to impact the global
• Monitor cases using case management and billing systems; provide guidance on travel and sponsorship
• Deliver legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients; manage senior-level
• Lead large projects with leadership; maintain mobility dashboard and SLAs for client visibility.
• Develop in-house immigration services to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications; mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.

🎯 Requirements

• An immigration lawyer licensed in Germany.
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance; ability to work in fast-paced
• Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments is a plus; English fluency; additional languages a
• Experience working remotely is a plus; strong automation/AI capabilities.
