📋 Description

• Senior Mobility Specialist within our Onboarding and Mobility team
• Focus on immigration compliance, cross-border employee transitions, and relocation support
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize global mobility programs
• Monitor immigration processes, manage senior-level escalations, and ensure SLA adherence
• Contribute to training materials and process improvements for immigration services
• Work in a fast-paced, remote environment supporting Remote's global workforce

🎯 Requirements

• An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles
• Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in tech/hyper-growth environments is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
