• Senior Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team."
• Focus on immigration compliance, global mobility, and relocation assistance for Remote and clients.
• Monitor cases, guide travel needs, and manage sponsorship cases with SLA-aligned communication.
• Maintain immigration knowledge and ensure regulatory compliance; contribute to training materials
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize mobility programs and revenue
• Lead senior-level escalations and support large projects within global mobility.

🎯 Requirements

• An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles
• Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in tech/hyper-growth environments is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
