Senior Motion & AI Video Designer

📋 Description

• Lead AI-first video production across paid and owned channels.
• Turn briefs into polished, on-brand motion assets from concept to final files.
• Design across formats and channels: Meta, YouTube, CTV, App Store, display.
• Guard Groupon's visual identity in motion for local markets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and designers to deliver strong, on-brand video.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in motion design/video creative, ideally in ecommerce/performance settings.
• Deep hands-on experience with generative AI video tools (Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield
• Strong portfolio showing AI-generated video and motion design craft (concept, animation, edit).
• Expert proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite; sound design is a plus.
• Understanding of video for paid channels and performance drivers (hooks, first 3 seconds, formats).
• Ability to produce concepts and final assets independently and quickly; available as contract
