🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Motion Design with strong portfolio.
Expert in After Effects; proficient in Premiere Pro and Creative Cloud.
Strong design sense, timing, composition, storytelling.
Experience repurposing assets for multiple formats.
Independent worker with good communication and time mgmt.
English proficiency; LATAM-based preferred.
