Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Create high-quality motion graphics, video content, and graphic design assets for social media
• Edit short-form videos, reels, stories, advertisements, interviews, event footage, and branded
• Transform raw footage and static assets into polished, engaging content with hooks, pacing
• Animate static designs, key visuals, typography, illustrations, and campaign materials.
• Produce content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, and other digital channels.
• Adapt assets across multiple brands and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion design or a closely related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong knowledge of Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, editing, pacing, and
• Strong knowledge of short-form video and social-first creative formats.
• Experience editing different types of footage (branded, promotional, interview, event, UGC).
