Location: Fully remote, from Vietnam.
Design, develop and maintain backend services in native PHP (7/8).
Build and optimize high-volume transaction and billing workflows at scale.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for operator, merchant and third-party integrations.
Work with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL): schema design and tuning.
Integrate with external systems and gateways (payments, messaging, USSD).
Implement asynchronous processing with RabbitMQ/Kafka and Redis.

🎯 Requirements

Expert native PHP (7/8), OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
High-throughput transactional backend systems experience.
Strong SQL skills (MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL): modeling and optimization.
REST/SOAP APIs design and consumption.
Linux, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
RabbitMQ/Kafka and Redis for async processing.
