Senior Network & Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operation and development of Veo’s office networks (switching, routing, firewalls
• Design secure network segmentation using VLANs and access controls with least-privilege.
• Monitor wireless coverage and reliability; optimize AP placement and config.
• Operate security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR) and contain threats.
• Manage network access with RADIUS, 802.1X, mesh VPN access controls, and device certs.
• Lead network-related changes, incidents, planning, and rollback with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with wired/wireless networks across multiple sites.
• Strong fundamentals in routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with network segmentation and access-control solutions (RADIUS, 802.1X).
• Experience with Fortinet, Juniper, or Mist; comparable technologies.
• Ability to plan, optimize, and troubleshoot wireless, roaming, and config; strong Layer 2/3 skills.
• Security-minded approach with clear standards, testing, and documentation.
