Senior Network Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global
• Lead customers in identifying high-impact automation targets via ITSM data analysis
• Analyze customer networks, playbooks, and design docs to craft automation solutions
• Train and develop customer engineers to continue automation on NetBrain
• Architect automation for key network operations tasks using Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, and
• Engage with vendor partners and research public knowledge to create automation content

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or related field
• 8+ years in software development, network engineering, or related roles
• Solid understanding of network tools: monitoring, incident management, log analysis
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good cross-team collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
