Senior Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver NE I-II responsibilities as required.
• Train internal or external on new topics; create materials.
• Determine methods for new assignments under high-level guidance.
• Provide expert guidance on BGP routing issues.
• Review Change MOPs and escalate outside knowledge.
• Maintain the network support process and ensure requests follow procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Vendor certifications a plus (JNCIA/JNCIS/CCNA/CCNP etc.)
• Experience managing Linux apps: BIND, RADIUS, ISC-DHCP, Cacti, Nagios
• Experience with config management tools (Chef, Puppet, or Ansible)
• Experience with IP networking: MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IPv6
• Experience with large, operational IP networks
• Experience in a customer support team or environment
