Senior Network Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Operate, maintain, and improve edge routers, core switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot high-complexity network incidents with transit providers and data centers.
• Provide L1/L2 network support to customers and internal teams with SLA adherence.
• Root cause analysis and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Plan network expansions, topology changes, and capacity improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation and incident records.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication (B2+).
• Bachelor’s in Tech/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals: MAC, VLAN, Spanning Tree; ARP, Subnetting, ACLs, DHCP; BGP, OSPF
• Hands-on troubleshooting in production environments; calm under pressure; clear communication.
• Proactive learner with ownership mindset.
• Cisco CCNA (required); higher certs are a plus.
