Ensure health, stability, and uptime of production systems in a 24/7 environment.
Hands-on, operational role focusing on monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Act as first line of defense during outages and performance issues.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years Linux/Unix administration and network troubleshooting.
Strong grasp of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, NTP, SMTP, VPNs, HTTPS, TLS, IPSec.
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, MySQL; scripting in Shell/Python/Ruby.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Nagios, Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Splunk, Sum o Logic).
Familiarity with PagerDuty, JIRA, ServiceNow; basic web tech (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experience with AWS; Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins; Terraform IaC.
