📋 Description

• The Senior Observability Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, supporting
• Design and guide customer observability maturity strategies, helping teams improve reliability and
• Provide expert troubleshooting, technical guidance, and recommendations to resolve complex
• Conduct technical reviews, health checks, and architecture assessments to identify improvement
• Support root cause analysis processes and help customers address incidents affecting performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, or
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, solutions engineering
• Strong experience with observability concepts, architectures, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with observability technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is highly
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
