Senior Observability Architect

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for Grafana customers.
• Design the observability maturity journey for customers.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance to drive adoption.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks for client success.
• Advise clients on best practices to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute technical roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Located on the West Coast.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• 5+ years in technical support, TAM or related roles in tech.
• Strong understanding of observability; Grafana, Prometheus, Loki a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
