Senior Observability Architect

📋 Description

• Serve as primary tech contact for Grafana customers.
• Design the observability maturity path for clients.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting to drive adoption.
• Conduct regular tech reviews and health checks for success.
• Advise on best practices to achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• West Coast location.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Math or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in tech support, TAM, consulting, or similar.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• Strong observability knowledge; Grafana/Prometheus/Loki a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% to meet clients.
