Senior Observability Architect

📋 Description

• Lead technical ownership for long-term customer success in observability.
• Architect and guide the implementation of complex observability solutions across various
• Build strategic relationships with engineers, SREs, and architects to embed Grafana tech into
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers on discovery, design, onboarding, and enablement to drive
• Represent the technical voice of customers internally to shape product feedback and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• 5+ years in technical support, TAM/consulting, SE, or Professional Services in tech.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions; Grafana/Prometheus/Loki a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and manage multiple clients/projects.
