Senior Observability & Telemetry Engineer - Radian Arc

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and operate scalable telemetry pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces across
• Architect telemetry storage for large-scale time-series and event data; contribute to
• Build observability across compute, storage, networking, GPU clusters, and AI workloads; identify
• Develop dashboards and tools for actionable workload health insights and performance analysis.
• Develop network/infrastructure telemetry with Python or Go; integrate data from gNMI, SNMP, and
• Advance alerting, SLOs, and reliability metrics into incident workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating observability systems at production scale with metrics, logs, traces, alerts
• Strong programming in Go, Python, or Rust; experience with telemetry collectors/exporters and
• Hands-on with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and large telemetry databases (ClickHouse or
• Experience with GPU cloud/HPC/AI infra; monitoring distributed training/inference workloads.
• Knowledge of GPU telemetry (NVIDIA DCGM, NVML, NVSwitch) and AI metrics (latency, throughput, NCCL
• Strong networking/infrastructure telemetry knowledge (gNMI, SNMP, streaming telemetry, RDMA/RoCE).
