Senior Operations Analyst, User Safety & Risk Operations

📋 Description

• Senior IC role to tackle high-priority safety and risk problems.
• Move quickly, hands-on, and create scalable operational structure.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Safety, Support, and vendors.
• Role may focus on cloud deployments, incubation of emerging risks, or new ops areas.
• Location/Work model: San Francisco, CA; hybrid, 3 days/week in-office.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in trust/safety ops, investigations, incident response, or related data-heavy ops.
• Strong data savvy; ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Hands-on with AI tools, dashboards, data tooling; build prototypes without heavy tech support.
• Independent, systems-thinking, clear tradeoffs, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong written and cross-team communication skills for decision driving.
• Nice to have: cloud deployment experience, SQL, scripting, no-code tools, automation.

🎁 Benefits

• Equity and cash compensation; salary range $252,000 – $280,000 per year.
