Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Support Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environments
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage problem resolution
• Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements for stability and performance
• Conduct performance tuning for efficient data processing and query response
• Engage with clients to understand objectives, data sources, and reporting needs
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions; perform ETL and data validation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience; extensive experience developing/supporting Oracle Fusion Analytics
• Strong BI and Data Warehousing concepts; data modelling and ETL
• PL/SQL proficiency; experience delivering FDI implementations or support end-to-end
• Experience with Unit Testing and UAT with business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, translate requirements into solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
