• 7+ years in org development, talent mgmt, job architecture, or consulting
• Built job architecture and leveling frameworks at scale
• Read data and form a defensible point of view
• Rigor in structural thinking; leveling methodology knowledge
• Creative, product-oriented to invent new frameworks
• Operate at structural and practical levels
