• The Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner will be responsible for designing, implementing

• Own and facilitate leadership academies, leadership cohorts, emerging leader initiatives, and
• Develop manager and professional development experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities
• Create scalable learning frameworks, development solutions, and organizational effectiveness
• Partner with leaders and teams to support organizational development, team effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology
• 4–6 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, leadership
• Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs and team-based
• Strong facilitation, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced
• Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
