  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn
  • Manage budgets, pacing, audiences, retargeting pools, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing for creative and copy to improve performance.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, custom events, Meta CAPI, GTM, and GA4 tracking.
  • Pre-launch QA across campaign structures, targeting, creative, landing pages, and tracking.
  • Analyze data and translate trends into actionable insights for client reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Successful full-funnel lead-generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong experience with Meta CAPI, Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, event tracking, attribution, and conversion
  • Experience managing multiple complex client accounts and competing priorities.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent English communication; availability to work during US Central Time.
