Lead 2–3 client accounts requiring oversight across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Own strategy, bidding, and account structure calls
Forecast-driven budget pacing and client-facing updates
Write weekly client reports and narratives around results

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Google Ads; agency experience a plus
Experience managing people or leading teams
Strong SEM fundamentals with data-driven opinions
GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking familiarity
AI workflow experience and automation skills
Proactive ownership of performance outcomes
