🎯 Requirements

Significant hands-on corporate paralegal experience for public company operations
Direct SEC filings experience (10-K/10-Q/8-K, Form 10, Section 16 Forms 3/4/5, proxy statements)
Governance and entity management experience; board portal familiarity (Nasdaq Boardvantage)
Strong organizational/communication skills; ability to work autonomously
Location: based in or willing to work hybrid out of San Francisco, CA or Atlanta, GA

🎁 Benefits

Base salary 114,000 - 191,400 USD
Bonus, commission, equity and benefits eligibility
