Senior Partner Relations Liaison (CMS Healthcare Fraud Prevention)

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare fraud prevention partners
• Build strong relationships with partner organizations
• Explain program benefits and resources to partners
• Capture and relay partner feedback to leadership
• Engage partners in fraud analytics and program activities
• Support onboarding, data-sharing agreements, and data submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in healthcare, business, criminal justice, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years in customer service/partner relations or similar
• At least 5 years supporting healthcare investigations
• Strong understanding of healthcare environments and fraud-prevention processes
• HIPAA privacy & security knowledge
• Expert-level Microsoft Office proficiency
