📋 Description

• Senior Partner Sales Support Specialist based in the Philippines to enable Enterprise Partner
• Provide day-to-day partner support across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) including deal
• Own and process smaller partner-sourced deals end-to-end in internal systems to ensure fast
• Manage internal system administration (Salesforce, deal desk, CPQ) to remove friction in the
• Coordinate partner onboarding, ensure system setup and tool training for effective transactions.
• Maintain partner CRM data hygiene, accurate pipeline inputs, and timely leadership reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales support, sales operations, or partner operations within SaaS/tech.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and productivity platforms.
• Excellent English communication; highly organized with multi-time-zone prioritization.
• Experience in globally distributed teams and supporting AMER/EMEA time zones.
• Detail-oriented with bias toward action and process improvement.
• Independent, proactive work style with strong remote collaboration.
