Senior Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Build and own Remote’s global referral partner motion, with responsibility for the performance and
• Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage referral partnerships across ALL channel partner
• Define and execute a clear referral partner strategy, including partner segmentation, incentives
• Act as the internal executive sponsor for key referral partners, owning the relationship from
• Design scalable programs to drive consistent, high-quality referrals, including revenue share
• Maintain deep product and market knowledge across Remote’s solutions to identify use cases and

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in partnerships at HR Tech and/or Payroll related companies
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code and proven track record of automating processes and
• Great judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and execution. This is a first line
• Demonstrable, self-driven results that have moved a product in the right direction
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including across different departments (e.g.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
