Senior Partnerships Manager, DAFs & Accountants, Spain

📋 Description

• Lead and own Airwallex’s partnership strategy for DAFs, fractional CFOs, accountants, accounting
• Identify, prioritise, and build relationships with high-potential partners who advise SMEs and
• Develop a scalable partner programme with segmentation, value propositions, engagement models, and
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic and referral partners from initial engagement to
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success to maximise partnerships
• Represent Airwallex at finance, accounting, fintech events and webinars

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, advisory, accounting, finance, or
• Strong track record building relationships with DAFs, CFOs, accountants, tax advisors, or
• Excellent commercial instincts with a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs and KPIs
• Understanding of Spanish SMEs and international payments, FX, cash flow, expenses, and financial
• Interest in fintech, SaaS, payments, or accounting technology
• Experience designing or scaling partner, referral, channel, or ecosystem programmes
