📋 Description

• Owns payroll and remuneration for SQUAD Ukraine, including employment payroll and gig-contract
• Implement changes, drive automation, scale processes with growth, adapt to legislative shifts, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Accounting and payroll.
• Understanding of accounting principles, IFRS knowledge and experience.
• Experience managing at least one direct report in payroll or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and HR policies.
• Knowledge of Diya City tax regime (payroll and remuneration).
• Proficiency in BAS or similar ERP, Fredo, Vchasno, MS Office (Excel, Word), and Google Sheets.
