Senior PCBA Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead PCB schematic capture and layout in Altium Designer
• Own board stack-up, materials, DFM, and manufacturability targets
• Design power delivery networks for DC/DC converters and high-current traces
• Implement high-speed routing with impedance control and diff pairs
• Mitigate EMI/EMC with grounding, shielding, and filtering strategies
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Altium Designer expert for schematic capture and PCB layout
• Experience in power electronics layout and thermal management
• High-speed digital layout: impedance control, differential pairs, length matching
• SI/PI concepts; able to discuss impact of layout choices
• DFM/DFA with fabrication houses and CM collaboration
• EMC/EMI mitigation techniques in layout
