🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR/People/OD; 3+ years as People Business Partner with VP-level or higher
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales/Marketing/Customer Success/Revenue Ops
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with complex stakeholders
• Experience with org design, performance mgmt, and change initiatives
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve how people work, with a point of view on where they help or
