📋 Description

• Senior People Business Partner for UK & US GTM; primary People partner for UK entity
• Partner with GM of International Business and GTM leadership to align people strategies with
• Navigate employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
• Support onboarding/offboarding, benefits, visa/immigration, and documentation for UK employees
• Build scalable People processes and operational infrastructure to support growing headcount

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development
• Ability to leverage workforce analytics and AI tools to inform decisions
• Proven track record in partnering with senior leaders and influencing across regions
• Experience with international, distributed teams and cross-border HR practices
• Remote/hybrid work experience in a high-growth technology environment is a plus
