Support end-to-end employee lifecycle for global population
Own global compliance programs; build, maintain, improve processes
Primary contact for employees, managers, external partners during EMEA/JAPAC hours
Partner with payroll/EOR platforms to manage country-specific requirements
Build and maintain SOPs for global processes
Represent People Ops on EMEA/JAPAC matters

🎯 Requirements

4–6 years of HR/People Ops experience in multi-country org
Experience running compliance as a program
Strong knowledge of employment law in at least one region outside the US (EMEA/JAPAC)
GDPR and HR data protection knowledge
Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms (Workday, Deel, Remote)
Independent worker in a global, distributed team
