Senior People Operations Generalist, EMEA

📋 Description

• End-to-end lifecycle support for global population
• Own global compliance programs; build and improve processes
• Primary contact for employees, managers, partners during EMEA/JAPAC hours
• Partner with payroll/EOR platforms to manage hiring/offboarding
• Build and maintain SOPs; document processes
• Represent People Ops in EMEA/JAPAC matters

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years HR/People Ops experience
• Experience running compliance as a program
• Knowledge of employment law outside US (EMEA/JAPAC)
• GDPR and HR data protection knowledge
• Experience with HRIS/payroll like Workday, Deel, Remote
• Proven ability to work independently across a global team
