Senior People Operations Partner

📋 Description

• Lead and transform end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyze operational pain points and redesign processes for automation and scalability.
• Leverage core HR systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Define requirements for HRIS/ATS changes and partner with analytics and technology teams.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex HR issues.
• Drive governance to ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in managing or scaling HR operations with data-driven impact.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) to optimize global operations.
• Ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical system requirements and communicate clearly with
• Strong collaboration across time zones and cultures, with an innovative mindset.
