🎯 Requirements

6+ years HR experience; 3+ years in People Operations, startup-friendly.
Based in SF Bay Area; onsite Pier 28 four days/week.
Advanced admin of HR platforms (Rippling, Ashby, Slack); strong Excel/Google Sheets.
California employment law knowledge; wage-and-hour, leave administration.
Bachelor’s in HR/Business; SHRM-SCP/SPHR is a plus.
Ownership mindset, attention to detail, urgency, people-focused.
