Senior People Operations Specialist - Immigration and Global Mobility

📋 Description

• Lead immigration-related inquiries and support international travel program.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on immigration matters and ensure policy alignment.
• Maintain accurate immigration files and stay current on U.S. immigration laws.
• Develop internal resources and training on immigration policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding for foreign national employees and internal audits for compliance.
• Collaborate with People Operations teammates to integrate immigration with recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Business, Legal studies or similar).
• 4+ years in immigration law or HR with focus on immigration and international travel.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures (employment-based).
• Experience preparing and filing immigration applications (H-1B, O-1, TN, PERM).
• Experience managing an international travel program.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with ability to
