📋 Description

• The Senior People Partner partners with leaders, managers, and employees to deliver HR initiatives
• Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent development
• Acts as a trusted advisor, interprets HR policies, and helps resolve issues with a proactive
• Collaborates with Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR functions to
• Supports full employee lifecycle while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.
• On-site resource for HR operations and employee experience across departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in HR, with experience in business partnering, employee relations, or related areas.
• Experience with various employee types (full-time, union, project, contractors).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen and knowledge of employment compliance.
• Ability to think strategically and collaborate across HR functions.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $130k - $145k USD.
