📋 Description

Senior People Partner for India; strategic partner to Country Manager and leadership
Align people agenda with business priorities; lead transformation and integration work

🎯 Requirements

Degree in HR, Business, Law or related field (or equivalent)
Progressive HR business partner experience in global, matrixed orgs
Strong understanding of Indian employment landscape and culture
Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent, performance and engagement
Experience supporting people aspects of mergers, acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations
Strong stakeholder management and data-driven, evidence-based approach
